Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2024-03-10T12:48Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
Activity ID: 2024-03-10T12:48:00-CME-001 (version 2)
Source Location: S13W35
Active Region Number: 13599
Note Keyword:
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
FF: Event fails/disappears before exiting COR2
HAL: Halo CME
OVR: Event partially overlaps with another CME
Source Signature Keyword:
FLR: Flare
PEA: Post eruption arcade
DIM: Dimming
EUVW: EUV Wave
Morphology Keyword:
LS: Loop and Shock Candidate
Note: Super faint partial halo CME seen to the WNW in a few early image frame of coronagraphs, with the source possibly the short-duration M7.4 class flare from AR 3599 (S13W35) and the associated dimming seen north and even NE of this AR in AIA 193/EUVI A 195 starting after 2024-03-10T12:15Z. This faint CME is mostly seen in difference imagery in a few early frames in SOHO LASCO C2, even more faintly in COR2A and is not seen in C3.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type |

Still very approximate analysis with early SOHO LASCO C2 and STEREO A COR2 frames, based on the longitude of the associated flare and dimming, although dimming could have an even lower longitude. |

Very uncertain analysis based on the location of the active region associated with the source flare and on fits of a very fuzzy faint front of this CME in two coronagraphs. |
